A specifically formulated combination of dietary fibres – referred to as prebiotics – to encourage beneficial bacteria colonisation. Fibre is an important part of a balanced diet which helps to keep the digestive system healthy.
Viridian’s complete fibre complex capsules are a great source of soluble and insoluble dietary fibre with a gentle formulation that’s suitable for daily use.
Natural sources of fibre include fruit, wholegrains, brown rice, pulses and nuts. This formulation incorporates organic linseed and psyllium husk, both of which help to maintain normal bowel function. Psyllium husk also contributes to intestinal function and helps to control blood levels of cholesterol.
