Amino acids are the building blocks of protein within the body. L-glutamine is the most common of the amino acids and is found in large amounts in the muscles. Foods that contain L-glutamine include red meat, dairy products and fish.
This food supplement is presented in powder form, ready to be mixed into water or juice. Suitable for vegans, the amino acid within this supplement is presented in its free form state meaning it does not require digestion, resulting in a faster delivery into the body.
