Osteo Intensive is a unique combination of high potency nutrients for bone support, including vitamins D3, K2, calcium, magnesium, boron and manganese. Vitamin D deficiency is widespread, and low levels can affect calcium metabolism and bone health, an effect that can be more pronounced in those with certain genetic variants of the vitamin D receptor.
Calcium and magnesium are provided in citrate forms, vitamin D as vegan D3 (cholecalciferol) and vitamin K2 as Menaquinone-7, for optimum absorption and use by the body. It also provides an effective dose of silica from bamboo extract, a natural component of connective tissue in the body, including bone, together supporting healthy bones and muscle function.
Osteo Intensive is easily stirred into water or blended into a smoothie, taken as two 5ml teaspoons (approx. 5g) daily with food.
