The Viridian One Week No Sugar Challenge has been created to help you cut back on sugar. The combination of a Chromium & Cinnamon Complex alongside a 7 day guide will help you take control of your cravings and break your sugar habits. The programme includes one week’s supply of Chromium & Cinnamon Complex.
Chromium is an important mineral that contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels. This complex is formulated with a high dose of chromium combined with complementary cinnamon and alpha lipoic acid. Chromium picolinate is a bioavailable form of chromium, meaning it is well absorbed and has been shown to contribute to normal macronutrient metabolism.
Cinnamon, also known as ‘sweet wood’, is the brown bark of the cinnamon tree that is dried and used in its tubular form, or ground into a powder. This spice has been studied clinically and is well used in both Eastern and Western cultures. Research has shown it can help maintain a healthy blood sugar level.
Alpha lipoic acid is a naturally occurring compound that is made in the body and found within every cell. The body makes small amounts of alpha lipoic acid on its own but levels can be increased through diet or supplementation. Alpha lipoic acid is both fat and water soluble, making it easy for the body to utilise.
Chromium & Cinnamon Complex contains 100% active ingredients, formulated by expert nutritionists with no artificial fillers and no nasties. Sourced according to Viridian’s strict ethical criteria including no animal testing, GMO or palm oil.
