Turmeric has a long history of use stemming from Ayurvedic practice and is still used widely across the world today to address a variety of ailments. Cultivated in Southern India on a small-scale farm, Viridian’s curcumin is sustainably sourced and contains a high potency dose of curcumin that has been standardised to 85% to curcuminoids.
Curcumin helps to control inflammatory responses within the body and contributes to joint health. In this formulation, turmeric has been synergistically combined with Co-enzyme Q10 and medium chain triglycerides (MCT) from coconut oil. The CoQ10 in this supplement is in the form of ubiquinone. This is a much more stable form of CoQ10 than ubiquinol, and converted to ubiquinol once in the body.
